This is not body building by any means. This year (again) I made a commitment to stay fit and hopefully my wife will too. My goal is to gain strength for stability and longetivity purposes. I noticed that I severely lack strength that are needed to perform in certain tasks, hence, I am training mostly for joint stability, grip strength and muscle activation. Advantages of being in your 30s in the Workforce

You are experienced enough that the likelihood of you getting hired is higher than younger (less experienced) and older (more expensive) competitors. You are aware of your market value. You are confident enough to negotiate and get along. You have sufficient cushion to take the hit of not having a paycheck in case your job search takes longer than you expected. Emotional Damage

I think the reason why I have such a bad temper is that I have a lot of emotional baggage that I internally carry. There are experiences that I have had that I just could not let go or they seem to re-play in my brain.
